Over the past 25 years, the architectural design division of T and G LLC has continuously operated and developed designs for more than 290 buildings and facilities across Ulaanbaatar and rural regions, over 80% of which have been successfully constructed and put into operation. Notable projects include: the 'Trade Street 2005' urban development project, 'Golomt' residential-service complex, 'Sanzai' residential complex (28 ha), 'SOS Children's Village', MAX Tower, 'MCS Property' Coca-Cola warehouse, Oyu Tolgoi 4,000-worker camp, sports complexes in Uvs, Bayan-Ulgii, Tuv and Sukhbaatar provinces, 'Encanto' residences, the State Palace (Parliament) works, General Impex office, Tsogttsetsii residential quarter in Umnugovi, 'Shiltgeen', and 'Viva City'.
