• Architectural Design and Consulting Services – “T and G Architects” LLC

Since its establishment, our company has been continuously engaged in architectural design and consulting services. To date, we have developed around 300 architectural and urban development projects in both Ulaanbaatar and rural areas, over 70% of which have been successfully completed and put into operation. Notable projects include: “SOS Children’s Village,” “Sanzai” Residential Complex, “Golomt” Housing Compound, “Buyant-Ukhaa” Sports Complex, “Khan Bank Max Tower” Office Building, Sports Complexes in Tuv, Bayan-Ulgii, Sukhbaatar, and Uvs provinces, Renovation of the Bank of Mongolia Building, several Christian Church Buildings, “Orgil” Shopping Centers, “Encanto” Residences 1, 2, and 3, facilities for “Oyu Tolgoi” and “Tavan Tolgoi” mining projects, “MCS Property” LLC’s Coca-Cola Warehouse, “Viva City” Complex, and the General Development Plan of Zamiin-Uud City. • Construction Materials Import, Sales, and Installation

Since 2007, our company has been the official distributor of the world-renowned German company “Hoermann” in Mongolia, specializing in the import, installation, and sales of industrial, commercial, and residential metal doors. With over 100 years of experience and innovative solutions, Hoermann is a leading brand in the European market and has expanded its operations across Asia, operating 6 factories and more than 30 sales offices. In cooperation with many of Mongolia’s leading construction companies, we have successfully supplied and installed a wide range of Hoermann products — including exterior, interior, fire-rated, and garage doors — for numerous major projects, providing comprehensive installation and warranty service. Our professional installation and service team strictly adheres to Hoermann’s international standards and guidelines, and operates under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. • Roofing Materials Division

Since the year 2000, our company has been the official distributor of internationally certified roofing, waterproofing, and drainage materials in the Mongolian market. Our product range includes high-quality materials from globally recognized brands such as: Decra roofing systems from Roof Company (New Zealand), Feroof and Roser (South Korea), Gamrat gutter and drainage systems (Poland), Icopal waterproofing membranes from BMI Group (United Kingdom), and Joaboa TPO membranes from China. Over the years, we have supplied more than 1 million square meters of roofing materials and completed numerous installation projects for both public and private clients throughout Ulaanbaatar and rural regions.

Established in 2008 with 30 guest rooms, “New West” Hotel has grown into a well-known three-star hotel recognized for its courteous and efficient service.
